Welcome to Locker Hire

Lockers in Holme Building are currently inaccessible due to flooding. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This service is for new hires ONLY. For renewals and cancellations, please email us at isl.reception@usu.edu.au. Both domestic and international students are welcome to use our services. We also suggest you read the FAQ before proceeding.

Please note this is pre-booking only. Once you have reserved your preferred locker, you will receive an email with next steps on how to finalise your payment. If you miss the 7-day payment deadline as the email states, your reservation will unfortunately be automatically cancelled.
Please note our office at International Student Lounge is currently closed until further notice. If you have any inquiries, please contact us.

Easy Steps

Choose your locker and register online. Please note this does NOT guarantee you this locker.
For Disability Card holders: In order to receive the disability discount, please email a copy of your confirmation to us within 7 days after pre-booking.

2. PAY

Go to the USYD Store website within 7 days to pay for your locker and padlock. If you do not meet the deadline, your registration will unfortunately be automatically cancelled.


After we have received your payment, we will send a confirmation email with details on how you can access your locker. Enjoy your locker!


Your locker will be emptied if you do not renew or cancel your hire before the expiry date listed on the Terms and Conditions page.
